Our office is located at 800 Bellvue Rd, Ste F, Atwater, CA 95301.

Owner Eddie Junior Franks II moved to Atwater in 1967 at age 6 Attended Atwater High School Married to Monica Franks a local Real Estate agent with Century 21 They have one son, Eddie Junior Franks III.

Eddie II is also a member of the California Waterfowl Association and is and avid hunter & sportsman.

History: Eddie began his career in the building industry in 1976 and is a third generation contractor.
